Finding Our Clinic

Northside Counselling Services is is located at 85 Melissa St, Unit 4. The street is across from Pepper Creek Plaza. We have plenty of free parking available. Our office is completely wheelchair accessible. We invite you to stop by or give us a call any time.

Methods of Payment

Please note We offer direct billing with Blue Cross only. We do not direct bill to other insurance companies. Paid sessions will have a receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

We are covered by many insurance plans and EAP’s. Be sure to contact your provider prior to scheduling your first appointment.

Services are available in both English and French.

Hours of Operation

Monday- 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
Tuesday- 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
Wednesday- 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
Thursday-  8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Friday- 8:30 am to 4:00 pm 

Evening appointments are available.
Each counsellor has their own schedule. Please check with your counsellor about their hours.
