Catherine Smith, MACP, CCC, LCT-C
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis on psychology and criminology from St. Thomas University as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, both obtained right here in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor in addition to a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate.
Catherine practices using solution-focused therapy, strengths based therapy, client-centered therapy, ACT, CBT, among others.
Providing a safe space, she works with clients from all walks of life and aims to aid her clients with whatever they are being presented with. She works with individuals who present with issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, borderline personality disorder, trauma, grief, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, and more.
