Holly is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can speak your truth. She works primarily from a holistic, integrative approach to therapy that uses Person-Centered therapy, Strength-Based therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Energy Healing, and body awareness through a trauma-informed lens. Her approach is deeply rooted in her Indigenous culture, holistic wellness concepts, and energy healing knowledge.
“I strongly believe YOU are the expert in knowing your experience and hold the tools to heal the parts of self that show up in each session. I aim to step away from the ‘one size fits all’ model and allow our time in the session to grow organically as we explore your unique experience as you journey back to your authentic self. Collaboratively, we will work to develop a therapeutic approach that fits with your lifestyle, personality, goals, and needs.”
Holly accepts new clients and is willing to meet in person or virtually.
