Jessica Gilbert, MACP, LCT-C, CCC-Q

Clinical Counsellor

My name is Jessica, and I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s real-world challenges and transitions. I am dedicated to helping people build resilience, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies to overcome life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.

I have experience working with individuals facing concerns such as stress, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth. I believe that every person has unique strengths and experiences that can serve as valuable resources in their journey toward positive change.

I have a special interest in working with and supporting military members, veterans, and their families. My experience with military culture has given me valuable insight into the unique experiences of military life. I recognize the strengths, sacrifices, and complexities that can accompany military life and appreciate the impact these experiences may have on individuals and their loved ones.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity. I strive to create a supportive and respectful environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and comfortable exploring their goals, challenges, and personal growth. I recognize that each person’s story is unique, and I value working collaboratively to identify solutions that align with their needs, values, and goals.

Above all, I believe that individuals are the experts of their own lives. My role is to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support as they navigate challenges, build confidence, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
