Appreciating and enjoying life is a priority for Vicki, and that’s what she wants to share with everyone coming into her office.
Vicki’s counselling approach uses Solution-focused Therapy, Strength-based Therapy, Reality Therapy and some aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Her sessions and work use practical, manageable, and effective strategies that can easily be applied to help with a variety of issues.
